What payment methods do you support?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as ApplePay, GooglePay, and PayPal. You can also choose Klarna to split your purchase into three interest-free monthly payments. Sign up easily during checkout.
Do you accept bank transfer or cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer bank transfer or cash on delivery. We do, however, accept a wide range of secure digital payment methods: debit/credit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal and Klarna.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver worldwide except to countries affected by trade restrictions or sanctions. Check our shipping policy to learn more.
What’s your shipping policy?
Shipping times and fees depend on the destination and item type. If you're located in the EU, orders over €150 qualify for free shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What packaging do you use?
Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and made from recycled cardboard.
Can I modify the shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email us at hello@momento.golf with your updated address. Once the shipping confirmation is sent, changes can no longer be made.
Can I return a product?
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Just email hello@momento.golf and we’ll send return instructions. For EU returns, €4.95 will be deducted from your refund. Outside the EU, return shipping is at your expense.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email. It may take up to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
